Align the people in the company with a strong vision and mission, with clear core values, with a potent core strategy, and with a business plan consisting of milestones and goals.

In our decades of experience working with owners and managers (especially), we’ve determined the biggest limitation on the growth and success of their company is the limitation in their thinking. It continues to prove out that once the owners/managers have gone through the process of Getting their House in Order (Phase 1), these limitations in their thinking are removed!

In the strategic planning process, we meet with the owner/managers to develop their vision and mission and determine how they can move their organization towards that vision. We establish core values that define the culture of the company and that guide management decisions: daily, monthly, and yearly. We begin with the end in mind by establishing first, the 20 – year, and then the 5-year benchmarks, and then by defining the 3-year and 1-year goals. And to ensure these goals will be met, we work with the team to develop of the core strategy and strategic objectives.
