As you progress through Phases 1 and 2 of the AGP process, you will likely achieve a level of performance where the eventual constraint or limitation to your growth will be in the market itself (insufficient sales). By this point, your business should be producing smooth flow of products/services and the resources operating harmoniously in the achievement of the business goals.

In Phase 3, we work with you to develop a high-value market offer. Dr. Goldratt referred to this as the Mafia Offer because it has so much value to your customers, it simply cannot be refused. Market offers are created utilizing TOC principles to flesh out solutions to the market(s) greatest problems/needs in a way that stumps your competitors. Once offers are created, we coach you through the process of selling them, using the Solution Selling process.
