What is our Accelerated Growth Program?
The Accelerated Growth Program (AGP) was originally developed utilized principles of Theory of Constraints, a process of ongoing improvement pioneered by Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt in the 1980’s. The AGP program has evolved with implementation with our clients and has expanded to include a powerful, cultural-building, customized process of Strategic Planning.
In the implementation of AGP, we help owners/managers uncover hidden resource capacity, resolve chronic business conflicts, remove faulty management paradigms of cost and efficiency, and implement new measurements that establish focus and guidance that stimulate massive improvements.
The AGP is implemented in three processes, each with a vital role in generating sustainable growth in revenue and profitability. The first and second processes can be implemented simultaneously if desired. These three processes are:
- Getting your business operating at peak productivity by focusing management attention on the right things and by tapping into unrealized resource capacity.
- Developing a strategic plan with vision and mission and well-defined core values that become the foundation for a thriving culture within the company, along with creating strategic objectives and specific improvement goals.
- Developing market offers for a company’s target market(s) wherein the market offer(s) is based on the market’s perception of value and will generate clear and distinguished demand for the company’s products/services.
